Marie and I are happy to invite you to come and spend 1 week in Thailand, near the sea to disconnect from it all & reconnect to yourself. You will experience a deep dive into the pleasure of dancing & meditating. This workshop will also immerse you within the delights of oriental culture.

Who are we ?
I am Pascale, soft, caring and authentic. I follow my heart to guide you within this inner journey of dance & personal exploration.
I founded this dance school in 2001 and I also created the Dance Therapy teacher training called Per se Nota. I have already conducted multiple workshops & retreats in Egypt and France (Normandie & Corsica).
I will also have Marie coming along & guiding this retreat together with me. She graduated this year as dance therapist with Per se Nota and also got trained in holistic massage. She is also an exceptional artist with whom I have had the chance to dance with & perform for different shows (in Paris & Berlin). And this is just the beginning !

What do I need to come to this workshop?
- Comfortable & stretch clothing
